We 100% recommend Gomez General Contractors! Tony Melara came out and reviewed the estimate with us in detail prior to the start of the job and handled all of the insurance details. When the job started, material deliveries and work schedules were exactly as promised. When the crew arrived they were skilled, fast, courteous and pleasant. They took care to catch all the nails and debris with tarps. But above all that, this company has integrity--which is hard to find these days. This is proven by the fact that a few weeks after completion (when Gomez did their final internal balance sheet on our job), they discovered there was a small overage in our favor. WE WOULD HAVE NEVER REALIZED THIS. Tony came by the house and surprised the heck out of us by giving us a check for the overage. That defines integrity. Gomez will be getting all our future contracting business. Thank you Tony and crew at Gomez for a pleasant experience!

I have worked with Alicia and she is an amazing office manager/customer service rep. She is always willing to do anything to help her customers. Tony is equally as great at customer service and supporting the crews working on your roof. Trusting a contractor is always scary especially since the scammers came in after the flood. I can tell you 100% that Gomez General Contractors is a trustworthy company that’s does great work! Call them today for all of your roofing needs!

The Gomez Roofing Team/Staff were all courteous & helpful. Starting with the inspection through the finishing of of our new roof. The Roof installers were prompt, polite & completed our roof all in 1 day. They did an Excellent Job & the Pristine Hearthstone Shingles make our Home look Fantastic!

This company is absolutely phenomenal! Abraham was the person over my entire process from beginning to end! I remember getting a knock on my date late one evening and I was like what could this person possibly want and when he told me he could get me approved through my insurance for a brand new roof, I really didn’t believe him, BUT HE DID!! The process was really smooth and quick! No problems at all! Abraham literally handled everything. Communication was great and professional! He was also very knowledgeable as well! My roof was installed in only one day! Long story short, if you want the best quality roof in the neighborhood and the best salesperson then please please please go with Gomez! Also, ask for Abraham! I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

We just had a new roof installed on our house by Gomez General Contractors. Our experience with them was excellent! We are so pleased and excited with the results. Tony and Sergio were so helpful, polite, and very knowledgeable and always available. They made sure that we were fully satisfied every step of the way. The crew we had worked so hard and did a terrific job! When they left, everything was back the way it was when they started. Very outstanding crew! We love our new roof and we highly recommend them! You won’t be sorry.

I was searching for a roofer who would do a top quality professional installation, with quality Atlas shingles, at a reasonable price since a new roof can be so expensive these days. I found what I was looking for and so much more when Tony returned my call. He was so professional, helpful, timely, and he made sure personally that I was 100% satisfied with all work that was done. My new roof looks great and I couldn't be happier with the installation, price, and overall quality service. My thanks to Gomez General Contractors and especially to Tony for all his help and a beautiful quality new roof!!!

Gomez General Contractors did a fabulous job replacing my roof. Alicia and Tony were very professional and knowledgeable of the scope of work needed for my construction project. They put together an expert team that did an outstanding job installing my new roof and cleaning up the entire area in a single day ! My new roof looks amazing, and I highly recommend Gomez General Contractors for any roofing and home construction projects. I couldn't have made a better choice for my roof replacement. Gomez General Contractors just did my roof. I am beyond excited by the results. Tony, who helped me with details, was polite, knowledgeable, and responsive. The team they sent worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. I'm glad I found this company and will use them again for other services.

If you’re looking at reviews to find a roofing contractor you’re going to love this company. Recent hailstorm hit our neighborhood and six million roof companies started beating on our door “Let me take a look at your roof and see if there’s enough damage to get your insurance to fix it”. Gomez General Contractors representative simply looked at the dents on the downspouts and said when would you like us to start. They handled all of the negotiations with the insurance company and got not only the shingles replaced but the gutters and downspouts as well. Their workers were just as professional. A 3 day job began every day with a prep of the area with tarps to catch any debris coming off the roof(nails that would end up in your tires) and plywood to protect plants and windows. Each day ended with the removal of anything that would make you think that they were even here. Next time you have the opportunity to see a company work call them, you will not be disappointed. Gomez Inspection Team of Hunter and Jenny came out promptly on the same day of the call to perform inspection and gave a fair estimate according to Angi's List. Ms. Alicia was really helpful and willing to work with me despite being out of town. Lastly Gomez Installation team of Josh was really professional and precise in his installation. Even though South Louisiana rain delayed his installation. Josh came back on Good Friday and worked in order to finish the installation before further storm damage. I would use Gomez again for any roofing problems as it is truly rare to find a business that would is fair professional that is willing to work with you as much as possible.
